{"id":5097,"date":"2017-10-18T09:02:56","date_gmt":"2017-10-18T09:02:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/?p=5097"},"modified":"2024-09-06T08:31:22","modified_gmt":"2024-09-06T06:31:22","slug":"sorbet-banane-coco-et-lime","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/sorbet-banane-coco-et-lime\/","title":{"rendered":"Sorbet banane, coco et lime"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une fois n&rsquo;est pas coutume, voici une recette de dessert avec ce magnifique <strong>sorbet banane, coco et Lime. <\/strong><br>Dans mon jardin, il y a de fantastiques bananiers qui nous donnent de <strong>d\u00e9licieuses petites bananes charnues<\/strong>, ultra sucr\u00e9es et un peu citronn\u00e9es \u00e0 la fois. Ce sont mes bananes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es, je les adore. Je n&rsquo;ai pourtant jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 une tr\u00e8s grande fan de bananes. <br>Le probl\u00e8me du bananier est qu&rsquo;il met presque 3 mois \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper ses bananes et \u00e0 les faire m\u00fbrir. Et quand tout \u00e0 coup le r\u00e9gime peut \u00eatre r\u00e9colt\u00e9, toutes les bananes sont m\u00fbres en l&rsquo;espace de 2 ou 3 jours. Du coup, il faut boulotter 10kg de bananes rapidos si tu veux pas les jeter. J&rsquo;ai test\u00e9 les cupcakes \u00e0 la banane, les confitures, les tartes, les brownies, les cookies, et bien d&rsquo;autres. Sauf que pour \u00e9couler les 10kg de bananes, il faut faire des centaines de cupcakes ! \ud83d\ude06<br>J&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 une <span style=\"color: #800000;\">recette d\u00e9licieuse de<a href=\"http:\/\/www.macuisinebleucombava.com\/2016\/03\/bananes-flambees-facon-christian-antou-orange-cafe-rhum.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> bananes flamb\u00e9es au caf\u00e9<\/a> chez C\u00e9cile. <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Et puis, je me suis finalement cass\u00e9 le nez sur cette recette de <strong>sorbet banane, coco et lime<\/strong>. Cela ressemble plus \u00e0 une glace qu&rsquo;\u00e0 un sorbet au niveau de la consistance mais ne contient ni \u0153ufs, ni cr\u00e8me. C&rsquo;est une recette de Martin Boetz, tir\u00e9e de son livre \u00ab\u00a0<strong>New Thai Food &#8211; recipes for home<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb .<br>Comme une grande majorit\u00e9 des \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Thai sweets and desserts<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb sont assez bizarres pour des palais non initi\u00e9s aux choses gluantes, et qu&rsquo;ils ne sont pas vraiment des desserts mais plut\u00f4t des gourmandises qu&rsquo;on grignote entre les repas, <strong>voici une super recette pour cl\u00f4turer en splendeur et en finesse un repas tha\u00ef.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dingo de sorbets et glaces ! <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bon, c&rsquo;est le moment de t&rsquo;avouer que les glaces &#8211; et les sorbet encore davantage &#8211; sont mon p\u00each\u00e9 minion. J&rsquo;aime le chocolat suisse, les p\u00e2tisseries, je mange des trucs \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me. Et j&rsquo;aime tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s beaucoup le caramel ! Mais j&rsquo;adoooooooooooore les glaces. Je les aime tellement &#8211; et elles sont tellement mauvaises ici &#8211; que je me suis achet\u00e9 une turbine \u00e0 glaces. Tu sais, celle qui refroidit toute seule ! Ouais, bon, c&rsquo;est pas donn\u00e9, je te l&rsquo;accorde. Mais quand il fait 40 degr\u00e9s dans la cuisine, tu peux toujours essayer de sortir la petite sorbeti\u00e8re classique avec son bac gel\u00e9. Impossible de faire prendre un glace avec cette chaleur de fous. Par contre, la turbine \u00e0 glace, elle, me pr\u00e9pare une glace pr\u00eate \u00e0 manger en 30 minutes et elle co\u00fbte tout de m\u00eame nettement moins cher que de faire installer la clim dans la cuisine pour pouvoir utiliser une sorbeti\u00e8re ! \ud83d\ude05<br>Bref, tout \u00e7a pour dire que je me la p\u00e8te \u00e0 mort avec ma nouvelle machine. Je publierai un jour la fantastique recette que j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9e pour faire la meilleur glace &nbsp;\u00ab\u00a0<strong>fior di latte<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb de l&rsquo;univers. J&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 une glace \u00e0 la nougatine, une glace au beurre de cacahu\u00e8te, une \u00e0 la pistache, une au pain d&rsquo;\u00e9pice et \u00e9corces d&rsquo;oranges, une menthe-chocolat, un <strong>sorbet passion<\/strong>, <strong>sorbet melon<\/strong>, <strong>sorbet mangue<\/strong> &#8230; \u00e7a turbine fort !<\/p><div id=\"aupay-1582282350\" \n<\/script>\n<\/div><p>\ud83c\udf68 C&rsquo;est une recette d\u00e9licieuse et vraiment originale : le <strong>m\u00e9lange banane-coco<\/strong> est tr\u00e8s sympa. <strong>Le citron vert<\/strong> apporte une touche acidul\u00e9e et la consistance entre un sorbet rafraichissant et une glace cr\u00e9meuse est g\u00e9niale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf68 Comme pour tous les<strong> sorbets<\/strong>, il faut pr\u00e9parer un sirop de sucre. J&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9 de faire un sirop avec le sucre de cane brut (brun) mais cela donne une couleur un peu \u00ab\u00a0sale\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 la glace et le go\u00fbt du sucre est trop prononc\u00e9. La glace a plus de subtilit\u00e9 et le r\u00e9sultat est nettement meilleur avec du sucre blanc (sucre de cane raffin\u00e9).<br><br>\ud83c\udf68 Ensuite, si tu veux un sorbet bien moelleux, il faut y ajouter <strong>du sirop de glucose<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est pas obligatoire mais c&rsquo;est mieux.<br>Si tu n&rsquo;utilises pas le sirop de glucose, tu peux simplement ajouter davantage de sirop de
