G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement je pr\u00e9pare le <strong>kao man gai<\/strong> en hiver (hahahah, c\u2019est ainsi que mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves appellent la saison des pluies, lorsqu\u2019ils sortent la grosse veste pour venir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, quand il fait moins de 26 degr\u00e9s le matin). Le probl\u00e8me, c\u2019est que quand il fait frais ici, c\u2019est plein \u00e9t\u00e9 chez toi\u2026 donc te balancer une <strong>recette de poule au pot<\/strong>, \u00e7a le fait pas trop. Et puis, en allant au march\u00e9 la semaine derni\u00e8re pour acheter du poulet \u00e0 griller au four, il y a eu un incident de parcours et je me suis retrouv\u00e9e avec du hachis de poulet plein de morceaux d\u2019os et de bouts de pattes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Petite anecdote rapport\u00e9e du march\u00e9<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au march\u00e9, on peut acheter un poulet entier ou un demi poulet. J\u2019ai donc choisi un beau demi poulet et la marchande m\u2019a demand\u00e9 si je souhaitais qu\u2019elle le coupe pour moi. Je me suis dit qu\u2019elle enl\u00e8verait le cou et la patte et qu\u2019elle s\u00e9parerait l\u2019aile et la cuisse du reste. Du coup, j\u2019ai accept\u00e9 son offre. Et au moment o\u00f9 elle a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9couper le poulet, une dame qui passait par l\u00e0 s\u2019est mise \u00e0 me poser des questions et \u00e0 tailler le bout de gras. J\u2019ai pas pr\u00eat\u00e9 attention \u00e0 la marchande de volaille. Pas de filets de poisson : tu les ach\u00e8tes entiers, non vid\u00e9s, non \u00e9caill\u00e9s. Avec une partie de ce bouillon, j\u2019ai test\u00e9 une recette de <strong>soupe de nouilles<\/strong> qui ne m\u2019a pas emball\u00e9e et avec le reste du bouillon, je me suis dit que c\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019occasion d\u2019enfin partager ce <strong>d\u00e9licieux riz au poulet<\/strong> avec toi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce qu\u2019il faut savoir sur ce d\u00e9licieux riz au poulet<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est un tr\u00e8s grand classic de la cuisine tha\u00efe, m\u00eame s\u2019il n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment le plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, il est consomm\u00e9 au quotidien par les Tha\u00eflandais. On le mange tr\u00e8s volontiers au petit-d\u00e9jeuner, au d\u00e9jeuner et au diner ! Certains vendeurs proposent \u00e9galement des filets de poulet pan\u00e9s ou du poulet frit. Tu peux ainsi choisir soit l\u2019un, soit l\u2019autre, soit les un m\u00e9lange. Ce plat est habituellement agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de chou blanc cru et des rondelles de concombre. <br><em>Bon alors, ce n\u2019est que du poulet et du riz<\/em>, me diras-tu, <em>pas la peine d\u2019en faire une montagne !<\/em> Eh bien figure-toi que ce n\u2019est pas que du poulet bouilli. On cuit le riz dans le gras du bouillon (<em>man<\/em> veut dire graisse) avec de l\u2019ail et du gingembre. Voil\u00e0, d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e7a c\u2019est pas rien \u2026 mais en prime, il y a une sauce pour accompagner le plat qui d\u00e9chire tout ! Le poulet ok, le riz OUI mais la sauce MHHHHHHHHHHHHH!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>recette de la sauce<\/strong>, je l\u2019ai trouv\u00e9e sur le site <em><a href=\"https:\/\/shesimmers.com\/2009\/06\/how-to-make-khao-man-gai-%E0%B8%82%E0%B9%89%E0%B8%B2%E0%B8%A7%E0%B8%A1%E0%B8%B1%E0%B8%99%E0%B9%84%E0%B8%81%E0%B9%88-thai-version-of-hainanese-chicken-and-rice.html\">shesimmers,<\/a> <\/em>c\u2019est vraiment la meilleure sauce qui soit. Normalement, il faut cuire le poulet entier, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le bouillon, cuire le riz et taillader le poulet cuit au moment de servir.<br>Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re :<br>\u2013 utiliser une \/ des carcasses du poulet pour faire un bon bouillon, <br>\u2013 laisser le bouillon une nuit au frais pour que la graisse fige, <br>\u2013 d\u00e9graisser le bouillon le lendemain et utiliser la graisse pour cuire le riz, <br>\u2013 cuire les cuisses de poulet dans le bouillon <br>\u2013 et \u00e9ventuellement pr\u00e9parer des <strong>blancs de poulet pan\u00e9s<\/strong> pour avoir deux textures de poulet. <br>Mais tu organises le truc comme tu veux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"aupay-880868631\" class=\"aupay-last-paragraph-blog aupay-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4895771430947602\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4895771430947602\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"3844729553\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour le bouillon, je le cuis en cocote-minute. J\u2019ai rapport\u00e9 de Suisse (car c\u2019est introuvable ici) une marmite \u00e0 vapeur \u00e9lectrique <strong>INSTANT POT<\/strong>. C\u2019est un peu comme la version fran\u00e7aise qui s\u2019appelle Cookeo sauf que le pot int\u00e9rieur n\u2019est pas en teflon, il est en inox ! Et en plus, l\u2019INSTANT POT co\u00fbte nettement moins cher que le Cookeo ! y a pas photo. Je te dis m\u00eame pas la t\u00eate de Nan lorsque j\u2019ai sorti cette machine de ma valise.<br>Le gros avantage, c\u2019est qu\u2019on fait un d\u00e9licieux bouillon en 30 minutes, sans d\u00e9gager une chaleur de malade dans la cuisine. En hiver, en Europe, pas de soucis mais en Tha\u00eflande en \u00e9t\u00e9, tu ne veux pas vraiment faire mijoter quoi que ce soit dans la cuisine. <br>Le second gros avantage, c\u2019est que cela m\u2019\u00e9vite d\u2019oublier que j\u2019ai mis quelque chose sur le feu (chose qui arrive assez fr\u00e9quemment). Le minuteur automatique permet d\u2019arr\u00eater la cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voil\u00e0, beaucoup de bla-bla pour un poulet bouilli, passons donc aux choses
