G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, quand je pr\u00e9pare une <strong>salade de b\u0153uf tha\u00efe,<\/strong> je la sers avec d\u2019autres salades. Si tu la pr\u00e9vois comme plat unique, tu peux y ajouter plus de concombres ou encore la d\u00e9poser dans l\u2019assiette sur des belles feuilles de salade verte ou de roquette. Comme pour toutes les autres recettes, la quantit\u00e9 de piments d\u00e9pend de tes go\u00fbts. Pour cette salade, j\u2019ai mis un gros piment doux car je n\u2019aime pas trop le piment dans les salades. J\u2019aime les curries \u00e9pic\u00e9s, mais pas les salades qui arrachent\u2026 va savoir pourquoi ! Libre \u00e0 toi de remplacer ce piment doux par des tas de petits piments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette salade de boeuf est parfaite pour <strong>recycler les restes de viande grill\u00e9e<\/strong> de la veille : steak, T-bone, filet\u2026 tout est bon. Sur mes photos, tu verras que la viande est cuite \u00e0 point. La raison est simple, la viande saignante, ici, c\u2019est pas terrible. Mais si j\u2019\u00e9tais toi, je pr\u00e9parerais cette salade avec de la viande bien grill\u00e9e dehors et encore saignante au coeur.<br>Le boeuf que je r\u00e9ussis \u00e0 me faire livrer sur mon \u00eele est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement coriace, parfois correcte mais souvent dur comme du cailloux. Je l\u2019attendris donc en le bombardant de coups de fourchette et en le laissant mariner une nuit avec 1 cs de sauce Hoisin et 1 cs de confiture de piments. C\u2019est ce qui permet de l\u2019attendrir un peu. Ensuite, je coupe des tranches tr\u00e8s fines et au final, c\u2019est plus si dur que \u00e7a. C\u2019est m\u00eame bon ! <br><em>Mise \u00e0 jour 2024 : je trouve maintenant du boeuf bien tendre, je ne fais donc plus toujours mariner la viande avant, la salade est d\u00e9licieuse sans marinade \u00e9galement. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les concombres tha\u00efs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"aupay-3474850590\" class=\"aupay-last-paragraph-blog aupay-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4895771430947602\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4895771430947602\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"3844729553\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce sont de mini concombres, bien fermes. Je n\u2019enl\u00e8ve pas les p\u00e9pins car autrement il ne reste plus rien du tout. Il n\u2019est pas non plus n\u00e9cessaire de les \u00e9plucher. Nan les pr\u00e9f\u00e8re avec la peau.
