Alors pourquoi cette obsession, me diras-tu ? Pourquoi avoir essay\u00e9 tant de recettes diff\u00e9rentes ? Bah tout simplement parce qu\u2019on a de nombreux bananiers au jardin, que j\u2019adore les <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/category\/cuisine-thaie\/salade-thaie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Thai salads<\/a><\/strong> et qu\u2019apr\u00e8s chaque recette test\u00e9e, je me disais : <em>\u00ab\u00a0ouais, c\u2019est pas mal\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> or <em>\u00ab\u00a0ouais, c\u2019est assez bon\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> mais sans rien de plus. <br>Du coup, je me rabattais sur une autre recette pour la fleur suivante qui d\u00e9barquait dans le jardin. Cette recette ci, je l\u2019ai trouv\u00e9e sur le blog de chef Bee du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pastebangkok.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Paste Restaurant in Bangkok.<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paste Restaurant in Bangkok<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Paste<\/strong> is my favourite restaurant in Thailand! Well, I can almost say was, because unfortunately for me, this restaurant has just received its <strong>first Michelin star <\/strong>as well as the title of\u00a0<strong>\"best female chef in Asia 2018\"<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0. Tout ce buzz et la publicit\u00e9 constante de ces derniers mois ont transform\u00e9 ce tr\u00e8s chouette restaurant en un lieu hip o\u00f9 il faut r\u00e9server une table \u00e0 l\u2019avance si on veut pouvoir y manger. Je vois d\u00e9j\u00e0 les prix exploser dans un futur proche.<br>Well, she definitely deserves it, but it will all be to our detriment \ud83d\ude05<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chef Bee's recipes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chef Bee<\/strong> takes her inspiration <strong>from old traditional Thai recipes<\/strong>, in particular those prepared <strong>recettes d\u2019\u00e9poque pr\u00e9par\u00e9es dans les cuisines royales<\/strong>. Elle les remet au go\u00fbt du jour et les pr\u00e9pare avec des techniques de cuisine moderne. Son obsession la pousse \u00e0 rechercher des ingr\u00e9dients locaux un peu oubli\u00e9s ou m\u00e9connus, \u00e0 travers tout le pays. Le r\u00e9sultat est brillant et tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent de tout ce qu\u2019on peut trouver ailleurs en Tha\u00eflande.<br>Certaines de ses recettes sont looooooongues et demandent une liste d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients interminable.
