Rien de croustillant, principalement des p\u00e2tisseries molles avec de la cr\u00e8me \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. En plus de ces boulangeries locales, on trouve toutes sortes d&rsquo;enseignes internationales qui vendent des donuts : Dunkin&rsquo;Donuts, Krispy Kreme, Mister Donut, entre autres. C&rsquo;est en achetant une s\u00e9rie de donuts avec Nan que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert les <strong><em>Pon de Ring<\/em><\/strong>. J&rsquo;avais choisi un donut classique avec la confiote inside, celui qui me rappelle les boules de Berlin qu&rsquo;on trouve en Suisse. Nan, lui, a pris une bonne s\u00e9rie de donuts \u00e0 rien, en forme de fleur, qui n&rsquo;arrivaient pas \u00e0 la cheville de mon donut d\u00e9goulinant. Comme j&rsquo;ai fini cette d\u00e9licieuse p\u00e2tisserie avant qu&rsquo;il ait pu avaler sa demi-douzaine de donuts fleurs, je lui ai gentiment propos\u00e9 de lui donner un coup de main pour les manger. Et l\u00e0, d&rsquo;un coup, ma vision du donut a chang\u00e9 ! J&rsquo;ai instantan\u00e9ment compris que Nan avait failli ne jamais partager le fait que les Pon de Ring sont INCROYABLES ! Alors je t&rsquo;avertis, il y a un peu (beaucoup) de boulot pour former les fleurs. Si tu as la flemme, tu peux tr\u00e8s bien faire des boules rapides et cuire les boules. Cela fait de d\u00e9licieux petits beignets avec une consistance magnifique. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le secret de la r\u00e9ussite est dans la cuisson<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Tout est dit dans le titre, la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;huile est primordiale. Il faut qu&rsquo;elle soit \u00e0 170\u00b0C. Une huile pas assez chaude et tu obtiens des donuts qui ne gonflent pas bien et qui sont huileux. Une huile trop chaude et tu obtiens des donuts avec une cro\u00fbte. <br>Le temps de cuisson est tr\u00e8s important \u00e9galement.
