Les plus connus sont les <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.infusioncookingclassessamui.com\/post\/bouchees-de-betel-sauvage-ou-miang-kham\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Miang Kham<\/strong> <\/a>pour lesquels on utilise des <strong>feuilles de lolot<\/strong>.<br>Cette version de <strong><em>miang<\/em> de poisson grill\u00e9<\/strong> est diff\u00e9rente. On remplit les feuilles de salade de nouilles de riz, d&rsquo;herbes aromatiques, gingembre, citron vert, poisson grill\u00e9 et on assaisonne avec des sauces : sauce aux cacahu\u00e8tes et\/ou sauce piment\u00e9e.<br>L\u00e9gers et parfum\u00e9s, ces <em>miang<\/em> sont parfait en entr\u00e9e pour 4 ou en repas pour 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques infos sur les <em>miang<\/em> :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf36 Chacun pr\u00e9pare ses <em>wraps<\/em> en fonction de ses go\u00fbts. Ils sont vraiment d\u00e9licieux lorsqu&rsquo;on les mange avec les 2 sauces&#8230; un peu de chaque.<br>\ud83c\udf36 Nan aime son <strong><em>miang<\/em> de poisson grill\u00e9<\/strong> avec beaucoup de haricots et de piments.<br>Moi, je les pr\u00e9f\u00e8re avec beaucoup de <strong>ginger<\/strong> et juste le jus de la <strong>sauce au piment<\/strong>, sans les piments \ud83d\ude05.<br>\ud83c\udf36 Pour les manger, on prend une feuille de salade, on y d\u00e9pose un peu de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/salade-de-nouilles-de-riz-la-sauce-tamarin-cacahuetes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nouilles de riz<\/a> puis quelques feuilles de basilic doux ou\/et d&rsquo;acacia, un peu de citronnelle, de gingembre, un morceau de poisson grill\u00e9, un bout de citron vert puis on arrose de sauce avant d&rsquo;engloutir.<br>\ud83c\udf36 On utilise des <strong><em>kanoum jiin<\/em><\/strong>, une sorte de nouilles de riz. On les trouve fra\u00eeches, au march\u00e9. Elles existent en version surgel\u00e9e dans les \u00e9piceries asiatiques. Si tu n&rsquo;en trouves pas, tu peux utiliser les vermicelles de riz s\u00e8ches \u00e0 r\u00e9hydrater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
