La particularit\u00e9 de cette sauce est qu&rsquo;elle contient de la poudre de riz torr\u00e9fi\u00e9. Je te rassure num\u00e9ro 2 : pas besoin d&rsquo;acheter quoi que ce soit de sp\u00e9cial, tu peux pr\u00e9parer l<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/comment-preparer-de-la-poudre-de-riz-gluant-grille\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a poudre de riz grill\u00e9<\/a> ULTRA FACILEMENT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avec quoi servir une sauce nahm jim jeow ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est simple: avec tout ! C&rsquo;est parfait avec du poulet grill\u00e9 au four ou au BBQ, des c\u00f4telettes ou des travers de porc, un rumsteck ou un filet de b\u0153uf, etc. <br>Et nous, on adore assaisonner notre riz avec, ou en arroser des \u0153ufs durs. Attention, \u00e9vite d&rsquo;utiliser une po\u00eale avec un rev\u00eatement anti-adh\u00e9sif, \u00e7a peut le rayer. <br>Le riz va tranquillement prendre de la couleur et lorsqu&rsquo;il est ambr\u00e9, tu peux le retirer du feu et le laisser refroidir. <br>Il faut ensuite le moudre dans un blender ou un moulin \u00e0 \u00e9pices. Attention \u00e0 ne pas trop moudre pour ne pas avoir une poudre trop fine. <br>Comme la poudre de piment, ce riz grill\u00e9 se conserve dans un bocal herm\u00e9tique plusieurs
