On peut utiliser du crabe (avec ou sans la carapace), des crevettes, du calamar ou un <strong>m\u00e9lange de fruits de mer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les particularit\u00e9s de cette recette<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Non seulement ce plat ne contient pas de <strong>curry paste recipe<\/strong>, mais en plus il est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec du lait de vache au lieu du lait de coco. Ce n&rsquo;est pas un plat que les gens pr\u00e9parent souvent \u00e0 la maison. Par contre, c&rsquo;est un plat \u00e0 succ\u00e8s dans les restaurants, sp\u00e9cialement avec du crabe frais.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La sauce est li\u00e9e avec de l&rsquo;\u0153uf et du lait. On utilise plus volontiers du lait concentr\u00e9 non sucr\u00e9 que du lait frais. Il ne tourne pas avec la chaleur ambiante en Tha\u00eflande mais n&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 le remplacer par du lait frais si \u00e7a t&rsquo;arrange. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&rsquo;\u0153uf apporte le liant et l&rsquo;onctuosit\u00e9 \u00e0 la sauce. Attention, c&rsquo;est la cuisson de cette sauce qui fera ton plat: <strong>si on cuit \u00e0 feu moyen vif,<\/strong> l&rsquo;\u0153uf battu cuira rapidement et la sauce tranchera. Tu obtiendras une sauce liquide avec des grumeaux d&rsquo;\u0153ufs. Elles donnent une sauce bien jaune. Sur la premi\u00e8re photo ci-dessus, tu peux voir un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/calmars-sautes-a-la-confiture-de-piments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">plat de calamars<\/a> avec un curry un peu brun. C&rsquo;est juste parce qu&rsquo;il contient moins de curcuma et la couleur est moins belle, mais le go\u00fbt \u00e9tait d\u00e9licieux. <br>Tout cela pour dire que tu peux choisir la <strong>poudre de curry<\/strong> que tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res.
