Jour J-3 avant de quitter d\u00e9finitivement mon \u00eele. <br>Je dois avouer, aussi \u00e9trange que cela puisse para\u00eetre, qu&rsquo;elle ne va pas me manquer tout de suite. 6 ans pass\u00e9s sur une petite \u00eele paradisiaque et je me r\u00e9jouis de revenir \u00e0 un semblant de civilisation. Cette civilisation n&rsquo;est en rien comparable \u00e0 ce que tu vis en Europe. Mais c&rsquo;est mieux que rien du tout ! <br>En prime, je vais enfin avoir le temps de ne rien faire d&rsquo;autre que de lire tous ces livres qui me font de l&rsquo;oeil depuis d\u00e9j\u00e0 une ann\u00e9e ! Un canap\u00e9, un th\u00e9, et du temps&#8230; Woauahhhhhhhhh !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors voil\u00e0, <strong>une recette vite en vitesse<\/strong>, pour les jours de \u00ab\u00a0<em>pas le temps de cuisiner mais envie de bien manger<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. Recette de poulet, bien s\u00fbr, puisque sur mon \u00eele, on n&rsquo;y trouve pas grand chose  d&rsquo;autre !! class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques infos sur le pad kaprao<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le poulet saut\u00e9 au basilic tha\u00ef<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;on mange quand on a faim et qu&rsquo;on est press\u00e9. On commande un \u00ab\u00a0pat kapraow gai\u00a0\u00bb. <em>Ga\u00ef<\/em> pour poulet, <em>pat<\/em> veut dire saut\u00e9 au wok et <em>kapraow<\/em> est le nom du basilic sacr\u00e9. C&rsquo;est un plat qui se trouve dans n&rsquo;importe quel restaurant de Tha\u00eflande et que tout le monde adore. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, c&rsquo;est servi avec un \u0153uf au plat et du riz. Son go\u00fbt est d\u00e9finitivement tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/soupe-acidulee-de-poisson\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">basilic doux<\/a>. <strong>Le basilic sacr\u00e9 est un peu plus difficile<\/strong> \u00e0 trouver dans les magasins asiatiques que le basilic doux, mais \u00e7a vaut la peine d&rsquo;essayer de le d\u00e9gotter. Ou alors, tu en plantes dans ton jardin et tu te prends pas la t\u00eate ! Ici, il pousse tout seul un peu partout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme d&rsquo;hab, la quantit\u00e9 <strong>de piments<\/strong> que tu ajoutes d\u00e9pend de ta tol\u00e9rance, tu peux utiliser soit des piments oiseau soit des longs piments doux, soit pas du tout. Assise par-terre avec une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper bien solide, un gros couteau bien aff\u00fbt\u00e9, je tape sur les filets de poulet pour les hachouiller tout fin. Et si tu fais pareil et que tu ne veux pas que tes voisins du dessous te d\u00e9testent, place un torchon sous la planche pour att\u00e9nuer le bruit. \ud83d\ude06<\/p>\n\n\n<div
