C&rsquo;est un <strong>condiment plein d&rsquo;umami <\/strong>et de d\u00e9lices qui accompagne \u00e0 merveille un plat de nouilles saut\u00e9es, du riz, une soupe de nouilles ou tout ce qui te fait plaisir. <br><br>J&rsquo;adore la sauce XO, tu connais ? Originaire de Hong Kong, la sauce XO est \u00e0 base de crevettes et St-Jacques s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, c&rsquo;est plut\u00f4t long \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et assez co\u00fbteux \u00e9galement. On en trouve dans le commerce, en Tha\u00eflande, vendue en petites quantit\u00e9s \u00e0 prix d&rsquo;or ! <br>Cela fait donc un bon moment que je fais des essais pour trouver un substitut \u00e0 cette sauce XO que j&rsquo;aime tant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enfin trouv\u00e9 une super recette ! <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai donc fait une sorte de fixette (\u00e7a n&rsquo;\u00e9tonne personne) pour trouver une sauce bourr\u00e9e d&rsquo;umami et que je pourrais mettre partout. On les trouve dans tous les magasins asiatiques. Ce sont en fait des \u00e9chalotes frites ou de l&rsquo;ail frit. Tu peux les pr\u00e9parer toi-m\u00eame si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res mais je trouve que ceux du commerce restent plus croustillants. <br>J&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 des piments doux pour cette recette. Je les ai \u00e9queut\u00e9s, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9s et broy\u00e9s pour les r\u00e9duite en poudre. Je te conseille d&rsquo;ajuster la quantit\u00e9 de piment \u00e0 ta tol\u00e9rance&#8230; et d&rsquo;ajouter la poudre de piment petit \u00e0 petit, en go\u00fbtant, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que cela te
